Dear all,
we were waiting for you to receive your ideas for planning next year's webinars schedule. Unfortunately, only a couple of people showed up to the meeting (or sent us an email) so we decided to reschedule it. We will let you know the day and time of the new meeting.
As coordinators, we would like to involve you in the organization of the webinars in order to answer to the interests of everyone (because the wg is not 'ours'). So, we really hope that next time you will find the time for participating to the meeting.
