Dear Members,
The start of 2018 has been busier than ever and we have some exciting news for you!
1. Website
We are delighted to launch our YSI Finance, Law, and Economics Working Group website!
You can visit it at www.flewg.com on your desktop. To help our Working Group reach further, we encourage you to share it with your network.
To serve our 400+ members worldwide, the website showcases the latest insights, international conferences, job opportunities, our past and future events, etc.
Send your insights, articles, or reviews to us at fle@youngscholarsinitiative.org to have them published on our website! They can be as short as 150 words and it is a great way to publicise your work and enrich our community.
2. Events
In April, Prof. Katharina Pistor from Columbia Law School will join our webinar series again to discuss her article "From Territorial to Monetary Sovereignty".
As the YSI Europe Convening in Trento is approaching, don't forget to reply to our joint CfP with the Inequality WG on "Disruptive Technologies, Inequalities, and Law"! It will be a great opportunity to meet other working group members.
Apply now: http://www.ineteconomics.org/events/europe-convening/call-for-papers-1
Selected scholars will receive accommodation!
This July, the FLE Working Group will also participate in the YSI Latin America Convening in Buenos Aires and organise the FLE Summer Academy in Italy. We will send out further details in the coming months.
Have a great week ahead and we look forward to seeing you soon.
Chris and Cecilia
