The Finance, Law, and Economics, and Political Economy of Europe working groups, are glad to announce the first webinar of the series in preparation for the meeting with Andrea Enria (Chair of the ECB's Supervisory Board), which will take place on Thursday 13 February at 18 CET. It will be hosted by mythic Ed Kane, who will be discussing "Identifying and Remedying Deferential Norms in the Prudential Cultures for Regulating Banks and Other Financial Firms in Particular Areas of the World". His analysis will be of great interest to interdisciplinary scholars of law and finance that wish to go beyond formal rules, and delve into cultural and normative aspects that impact upon implementation.
