The event aims at providing a platform for discussion about STI and sustainable development for policy makers and innovation experts from Latin America and the Caribbean, Universities and international organisations. Following the opening, there will be a discussion on:

Presentation of the final report of the Steering Research and Innovation for Global Goals (STRINGS) project “Changing Directions – Steering science, technology and innovation towards the Sustainable Development Goals”.
The event is to be held in hybrid format. At the Celso Furtado room in CEPAL and via Zoom on Thursday 10th November, 2022 / 15:00-18:00 GMT-3.
