We encourage contributions related (but not limited) to the following topics:
• Conventional and unconventional monetary policies and European banking union: financial and cross country instability, redistributional and developmental effects.
• The political economy of Europe, particularly as regards the role of European institutions (e.g. the ECB) in the policy development and implementation process;
• Multiple dimensions of inequality (wealth, income, social, historical, gender) and redistribution polices;
• Social and economic consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic and how to manage them through public policies
All applicants must submit an abstract in English (300 words maximum). The submission deadline is May 30th. Decisions will be made based on clarity, relevance and originality of abstracts outlining the research question, method and (preliminary) results.
